Steamed rice


Chinese Sausage Steamed Rice in a Wrapped Lotus Leaf 荷香臘味飯

Thin-cut sausage brings out the blended taste of sweet and salty, which is perfectly soaked in to the steamed rice. Lotus leaf is permeable enough to exhaust the correct amount of steam but trapping adequate humidity for the steamed rice.
